Hello!
Maybe you know that Im working als a moderator in a german birdforum. Now we have a problem with a russian person: He wants to know where he can find an institute or doctor who can make a "dna-test" or test by blood to get to know the gender of two cockatoos. Is there a laboratory which can make that in russia? He writes that there are no doctors or laboratories who can make such tests. Is that correctly or do you know some adresses he can write to? I would be happy if you can help me, thank you very much.
Also he writes that in russia are no cockatoes or bird breeders. Is that correctly?

Oh Trere are only few big parrors breeders. Almost all our parrots such as african gray, amazons and cockatooes are from wild nature
